About Us
For more than 25 years, we have supported neurodivergent children and their families through compassionate, individualized care grounded in respect and collaboration.
Our goal is to help children build skills that allow them to participate more fully in family life, school, friendships, and their communities.
Our Mission
To empower children to reach their full potential by partnering with families through compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based support.
We honour each child’s individuality and work collaboratively to build practical, meaningful skills that enhance daily life, learning, and connection.

Our BHCOE Accreditation
FCPG is honoured to be Canada’s first accredited Behavioural Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE).
BHCOE accreditation is an international standard that recognizes organizations committed to clinical quality, ethical practice, and ongoing improvement.
Accreditation includes rigorous evaluation of:
• Clinical procedures and treatment planning
• Staff training, supervision, and credentialing
• Organizational leadership and ethics
• Family experience and satisfaction
• Data collection and outcomes monitoring
• Commitment to continuous improvement
This accreditation demonstrates our dedication to delivering behavioural services that are accountable, transparent, and aligned with recognized best-practice standards. It also reflects our belief that families deserve high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based support at every stage of their journey.

Our programs are individualized and grounded in current research. We focus on meaningful, functional skills that support communication, emotional well-being, independence, and daily participation.
We use secure technology thoughtfully to strengthen communication, collaboration, and accessibility. Digital tools increase consistency and efficiency, and virtual services are available when appropriate for families across regions and beyond.
We also offer caregiver coaching, workshops, and resources so families feel informed, supported, and confident in their child’s growth.
